Write one hook
Your first line is the only thing people read before scrolling. Make it specific to someone: 'If you've been putting off your first post, this is for you.'
Film or shoot once
Your phone. Natural light. No ring light required. One take, or a quick photo. Done means done, not perfect.
Add a caption
Three to five sentences. Your hook, the point, a question or a call to action at the end. Keep it human.
Post it
Hit publish. Right now, before you rewatch it ten more times. The algorithm rewards posting, not waiting.
